The apartment is located on Nezavisimosti Avenue, the main street of the capital, its business and cultural area. Rail and bus station, the hotel "Minsk" are close to the apartment. Shopping and entertainment center “Stolitsa” ("Capital")  in 500 meters from the house. Here you can visit  food and grocery stores, fast food restaurant, restaurants, bars, banks, video, billiards, parking for cars. Near the house:  the historical and cultural monument (Church of St. Simon and Helena), theaters, museums, a circus.

The apartment is located in a house on the first floor of which is the capital's cinema "Central". Of course, the title of which suggests that the location of the apartment, indeed, central. Despite the very active rhythm of the street, the apartment is quiet, because the windows face the courtyard.

Keeping the traditions of the past, we have deliberately retained some elements of the old interior, which will allow you to plunge into an unforgettable atmosphere of coziness. Professionally restored antique furniture - hand mirror of 50-ies, a German sewing machine "Singer" - everything is  in harmony with modern interior design which was carried out using stucco. Unusual starry sky on the ceiling adds a nice impression.

We propose you comfortable room, equipped kitchen. The bathroom has the necessary means of personal hygiene and washing supplies. Sanitary engineering. The apartment has all household appliances: TV, microwave oven, DVD - player, fireplace heater, iron, hair dryer.
